These terms set out the legal basis for using this website and for therapy services provided by Andi Kerr Little.

This website is operated by Andi Kerr Little, a private psychotherapy practice based in Oslo, Norway. The information on this site is for general informational purposes only. It is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you need immediate mental health support, contact your GP, call 113 (medical emergency), or contact your local crisis team.
Therapy services are provided by Andi Kerr Little. I am a qualified psychotherapist with a BSc in Psychology and a Masters in Applied Behaviour Sciences. I have been in private practice for 10 years and work with clients in person in Oslo and online across Scandinavia.
I do not currently accept insurance. All sessions are private pay.
Session fees are discussed during your free consultation and confirmed before you book your first paid session. Payment is due at the time of booking. I accept bank transfer and online payment.
Fees are reviewed annually and may increase with reasonable notice.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I require at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or missed sessions without prior contact, will be charged in full.
This policy allows me to offer the time to other clients and keeps my practice sustainable.
If you have an emergency or sudden illness, contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to work with you in genuine emergencies.
Everything you share in therapy is confidential, except in the following situations:
If I need to break confidentiality, I will discuss this with you first whenever possible.

The therapeutic relationship is professional. I do not engage in social or personal relationships with clients outside of therapy. This includes social media connections.
If we meet by chance outside of a session, I will not acknowledge you unless you acknowledge me first. This is to protect your privacy.
If you choose to have sessions online via Zoom, you are responsible for finding a private, quiet space where you will not be interrupted. I cannot guarantee the security of internet connections, but I use secure, encrypted platforms and follow data protection guidelines.
If a session is interrupted by a technical issue, I will try to reconnect. If we cannot reconnect within 10 minutes, we will reschedule and you will not be charged for that session.
You are free to end therapy at any time. I recommend giving at least one session's notice so we can have a proper ending and discuss next steps if needed.
I may suggest ending therapy if I believe you would be better served by a different type of support, or if I believe therapy is no longer helpful. I will discuss this with you and help you find appropriate onward support.
